PRICES, TAX AND SHIPPING

We currently do not ship to Egypt, Romania or Portugal.

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS or DHL and are insured at to protect your merchandise.

Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once Fantasilvia is satisfied by the results of the search.

All prices shown on the product pages of the Fantasilvia.com, or quoted by customer service, are in Canadian Dollars. Fantasilvia reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

Fantasilvia.com may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors.

In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded. We ship Internationally with Fedex and locally with UPS.

Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Fantasilvia Jewelry.
