In-Stock Items

For in-stock items, return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Requests made after 24 hours and within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, including any certificates, reports, or appraisals.
  • Fantasilvia Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is received damaged, worn, altered, or deemed unsellable.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All custom, bespoke, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
