We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.However, if this is not the case then for stock items purchased online we will be happy to refund you or exchange.
Fantasilvia Jewelry will happily accept stock items return within 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The item(s) must be received in the same condition they were sent and in the original packaging with any certificates and/or appraisal, with the receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.The customer must accept the risk of loss or damage during the shipment. We recommend using a trackable or insured option.

Be aware, there are certain situations where refunds or exchange will not be approved.

1.Any altered, engraved, customized items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
2.Any item not in its original condition and packaging, damage or missing parts, missing certificate or appraisal.
3.Any Items returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Refund

Once we received your returned item.We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, the full amount of the item purchased less the original delivery fee will be refunded to the same account the payment was made.
